1 Adresser
Transsmart har funktionalitet för att hantera adresser. Det finns 2 typer av adresser som kan hanteras.
- Adresser för mottagare
- Adresser för avsändare (avsändaradresser)
2 Adressbok i MyTranssmart
I MyTranssmart finns en adressboksfunktionalitet som är uppdelad på 2 sidor beroende på typ. Se kapitel 3 och 4.
En avsändaradress är adressen du använder för att send varor, alltså avsändarens adress. Det är till exempel olika lager som du skickar ifrån.
Mottagaradresserna är adresserna som du skickar till. Dessa kan sparas automatiskt per account.
Adressboksfunktionaliteten kan anropas på /v2/addresses.
Följande parametrar kan finnas i anropet:

| id | Identifierare för adressen som ska hämtas (valfritt; om detta inte anges får du alla adresser) |
| city | Valfritt för att begränsa hämtningen av adresser till en viss stad |
| street | Valfritt för att begränsa hämtningen av adresser till en viss gata |
| zipcode | Valfritt för att begränsa hämtningen av adresser till ett visst postnummer |
| country | Valfritt för att begränsa hämtningen av adresser till ett visst land |
| addresstype | Valfritt för att begränsa hämtningen av adresser till en viss addresstype (SEND, RECV, INVC) |
Typen i svaret anger adresstypen. Det finns 2 typer:
- RECV: mottagaradress
- SEND: avsändar-/avhämtningsadress
Adresserna kan naturligtvis hanteras. Att skapa en adress är ett POST till /v2/addresses.
Uppdatering görs med PUT och radering med DELETE. Hämtning av adresser görs med GET.

Delete your Fonoma account
We'll be sorry to see you go. Here is all you need to know to delete your Fonoma account.
What happens when you delete your account?
Deleting your Fonoma account is a permanent action and cannot be undone. When you delete your account:
- Your personal information and account details will be permanently removed from our systems, except for the data we are required to retain for legal or regulatory reasons.
- You will no longer be able to access your account, order history, or any saved information.
- Any active services or subscriptions associated with your account will be cancelled.
- Unused balances, credits, or rewards may be lost and cannot be recovered.
If you think you might want to use Fonoma again in the future, consider keeping your account open instead of deleting it.
Before you delete your account
Before you proceed with deleting your account, we recommend that you:
- Download or save any important information from your account, such as order history or invoices.
- Use any remaining balance, credits, or rewards linked to your account.
- Ensure there are no pending transactions or unresolved issues.
How to request account deletion
To delete your Fonoma account, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your Fonoma account using your usual credentials.
- Go to the Settings or Profile section of your account.
- Look for the option related to Account or Privacy.
- If you see a Delete account or similar option, follow the on-screen instructions to submit your request.
- If there is no direct option to delete your account, please contact our support team.

Verification and processing time
For your security, we may need to verify your identity before processing your deletion request. This helps us ensure that only the account owner can request deletion.
After we receive your request and verify your identity, we will begin processing the deletion of your account. This process may take up to 30 days, depending on our legal and technical obligations.
After your account is deleted
Once your account has been deleted:
- You will receive a confirmation email to the address associated with your Fonoma account.
- You will no longer be able to sign in using your previous credentials.
- If you decide to use Fonoma again in the future, you will need to create a new account.
Data retention
In some cases, we are legally required to retain certain information for a specific period of time for purposes such as fraud prevention, accounting, or compliance with local regulations.
Any data we are required to retain will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
