Location select / PUDO changes

• For the following carriers, location select is activated:

  • DDA - DHL Deutschland API

API & MyTranssmart dashboard changes

• When the service level in the routing rules table contained a lower case letter, like B2Bp, then the tariff was not found, even if the tariff was also configured as B2Bp. This is solved now.
