Today 12-February-2026 we deployed below changes and fixes to our Accept environment.
The release to Production is scheduled Tuesday 17-February-2026.
MyTranssmart design update
Related to the new design, we have deployed some remaining changes:
The menu bar has changed a bit:
SmartScan has moved from the right options to the left, so now it’s a new page:

In the top right corner, the options are combined/changed:
Status is the link to the status page
Help center is the link to the help center page
Settings is the link to the printer settings
The nine dots [not available yet] will be a new button that will show other products which are part of your license, e.g. Checkout, Track or Returns
My account shows a list of sub accounts to select (Act on behalf), it shows the button Add a subaccount, the link to Edit profile (My Details) and Log out
MyTranssmart dashboard changes
In menu Manage account, Email Settings in the mail template, resizing an image did not work; this is solved now

Today 17-February-2026 we deployed the changes and fixes to our Production environment.
General note: because it’s possible that users are working in the MyTranssmart dashboard at the moment of the deployment, it is recommended that users log off the dashboard, press Ctrl + F5 (to reload the current browser page including the browser cache) and log in again.
